We feed a lot of people in our Little Churches. It’s what we do!
We want to be generous in our hospitality. Our portion sizes reflect this.
Be mindful about best food hygiene practices around preparing and serving food.
Know how the kitchen works, and teach others.

Wipe down coffee bar, tablecloths, kitchen.
Check toilets are clean.
Hoover.
Lock kitchen. Lock cupboards.
Close windows. Lock external doors.

Put your recycling out by the back door.
Use the right boxes, as you do at home.
Make sure lids of food waste bins are secure.

In a fire, evacuate quickly. You’re the leader. Know where to go.
Be calm and confident. People will follow.

In a tricky situation, be mindful. Respect all parties.
Keep practising respect.
Let someone else take over if your calmness has run out.
Keep yourself and others safe.
Diffuse tension with a calm posture, open and confident friendliness, and a quiet voice.
