Worship - What do we believe?
At B&A, worship is all about Jesus.
We believe that worship isn't about a style, a song, or a moment - it’s about a Person. His presence is everything. When we gather, our desire is to lift our eyes, open our hearts, and turn all our attention to Him, because HE is the one who changes everything.
Worship is not something we do to fill time; it’s the very reason we gather. As soon as it becomes about anything else, we’ve missed the point. We don’t come to be entertained or to perform - we come to meet with Jesus. We come to pour out our love on the One who is worthy of it all.
Like Mary at the feet of Jesus, we believe there is only one thing that is truly needed (Luke 10:41–42). And that one thing is Him.
We love to worship. We’re learning more and more what it means to become a people of His presence - a people who are marked by love, generosity, and surrender. Whether it’s through singing, prayer, silence, or dancing with joy, our heart is the same: Jesus, You’re the reason we’re here.
Come and worship with us. Come ready to meet with Him.
We believe God is birthing something beautiful in our house - songs that rise from our culture, our journey, and our pursuit of Him. And while we’re excited to see it grow, our reason for doing it is simple: to worship Jesus. That’s it. Always.
As a church, we’re wanting to write, record, and release worship music that reflects the sound and heart of our community, as well as capturing moments from our gatherings together.
This isn’t about making a name for ourselves or creating a platform. It’s about giving language to our love for Jesus, and making space for our church family to worship Him - not just on Sundays, but every day of the week. Our hope is that these songs would carry His presence into homes, cars, workplaces - wherever people find themselves.
